Description of Maridenia Villa

Maridenia Villa is a beautiful, newly-built two-story villa in the vicinity of Lithakia settlement, a few kilometers away from the magnificent beach of Agios Sostis and the world-renowned resort of Laganas Bay.

The house is ideal for families and groups of friends, as it can accommodate up to 6 guests – and there is also a luxurious private swimming pool! In total, there are three bedrooms, two of which feature two single beds each (which can be merged into queen-sized beds), and the third is equipped with a queen-sized one. Moreover, the bedroom located on the ground floor has a direct access to the swimming pool. The living room is spacious and tastefully furnished, the kitchen is fully equipped and ready to use, and there are two bathrooms in total.

Swim under the Greek summer sun, enjoy your meal (that you can prepare in the built BBQ!) or sip your cocktail while sitting in a bar at Laganas!
