Description of Alkis Farm and Residence

Uncover the true essense of Zakynthos at Alkis Farm and Residence, situated in the picturesque village of Gyri. Our property features three distinct houses spread across 11 thousand square meters of peaceful landscape, complete with an on-site farm and access to our garden for fresh vegetables. Explore the enchanting cobbled streets and traditional allure of nearby villages Louha and Exo Chora during your stay.

As a sustainable retreat, our residences share a spacious common pool and are equipped with adjustable ceiling fans instead of air conditioning. Additionally, a wood-burning oven and outdoor dining area provide an excellent opportunity for socializing. Although TVs are not included by default, they are available upon request.

Discover the 90-square-meter two storey Archontiko that was once used as the Manor House of the estate, and can accommodate 4 guests in its 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds. It also features a kitchen, dining area and bathroom in the ground floor, as well as a living room in the first floor, where the bedrooms are located.

In the 75-square-meter Mylos, that was the mill of the estate, you will find 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds, a kitchen, and also an internal and external bathroom, which is locked and exclusively used by you.

The 85-square-meter Stavlos, was the stable of the estate and is now a modern residence, with 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds, as well as 2 bathrooms, one en-suite and one extra, a kitchen and living room. In all our apartments, there is an option to accommodate a fifth person upon request with an extra charge.
