Filios Villa is a ground level house located in Gaitani, at the outskirts of Zakynthos Town. It features a large, lush green garden, ideal for families with children, and plenty of outdoor areas for spending calm days and nights.

The house consists of 3 bedrooms, two of them featuring a double bed each, and a third bedroom with two single beds. Two more guests can sleep in a comfortable sofa-double bed in one of the 2 living rooms. There are also 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and one with bath tub, a fully equipped modern kitchen and fully furnished dinner areas, one indoors and one outdoors.

Filios Villa also features a portable bbq for delicious outdoor meals, shower in the garden and air condition in all rooms.
